Warrenty & Return

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the actual delivery date, without giving any reason. After canceling you have another 14 days to send back your product. The total order amount will be credited, including the costs of shipping. The only costs you have to bear are the shipping costs for sending the product from your home to our store in the Netherlands. If you want to use your right to withdraw the order, we kindly request to return the product in its original condition and packaging (if possible), including all accessories. Please contact us via info@lezynestore.com to start the withdrawal procedure. We will conduct the reimbursement within 14 days after registration of your withdrawal.   

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, we ask you to send an email to info@lezynestore.com quoting your order number. We are here to help and will do anything in our power to get you the correct item as soon as possible.

Exceptions on the right of withdrawal

Due to legal and operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned.  

  • Sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products are not returnable;
  • Products that have been created by the entrepreneur to the consumer's specifications;
  • Products that are clearly personal in nature;
  • Products that cannot be shipped/returned due to it’s nature;
  • Products that rapidly decay or become absolute;
  • Products whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader has no influence;
  • Individual newspapers and magazines;
  • Audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal;
  • Hygiene products that are sealed and who’s the consumer has broken the seal.

With the form below you can register a product for return within 14 days after purchase. After canceling you have another 14 days to send back the product. A return can also be notified by e-mail via info@lezynestore.com

Dispute

We kindly request to initially notify us, Lezynestore, in case of any disputes or complaints. Please reach out to us via info@lezynestore.com or find our other contactinfo in the tab contact. We will do our utmost best to find a suitable and satisfying solution. If we are unable to provide a proper solution, it is possible to sign up for dispute mediation via the Dutch intstitute Webwinkelkeur. Since February 15, 2016 it is also possible for EU consumers to log complaints via the ODR platform by the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. You are free to file your complaint using the EU platform, as long as the dispute is not actively handled elsewhere.
