Lezynestore.com offers a variety of payment methods. You can pay by Creditcard, Maestro, PayPal or a bank/wiretransfer. Depending on the country you are ordering from, specific payment options are available. For example: IDEAL, Sofort Banking, Billing, Mister Cash, etc. For customers in the BeNeLux it is possible to collect and pay the ordered goods at our physical store in The Netherlands.
Following the guidelines of DHL, shipment is executed in zones. We have based the shipping costs and different 'free above' rates on these zones. Lezynestore.com bears the risk of damage and/or loss of your package during shipping.

If you order your package before 4 p.m. on mondays till saturdays, your order will be shipped out on the same day. Please bear in mind that Lezynestore.com is based in the Netherlands, operating on Central European Time (UTC +1). The exact delivery date to your residence in Europe cannot be determined by us, but you will obviously receive the necessary track-and-trace info from us or DHL once available. If an ordered item in not available from stock, we will inform you within a few hours about the expected date we can ship out your order. If a product is no longer available, we will do our utmost best to provide a suitable alternative. Of course, you can always cancel your order free of charge if you wish.

You are free to file your complaint using the EU platform, as long as the dispute is not actively handled elsewhere.
