We cooperate with DHL for all European transport. Their trusted transport services enable us to guarantee delivery to your house, anywhere in Europe. 

Payment

Lezynestore.com offers a variety of payment methods. You can pay by Creditcard, Maestro, PayPal or a bank/wiretransfer. Depending on the country you are ordering from, specific payment options are available. For example: IDEAL, Sofort Banking, Billing, Mister Cash, etc. For customers in the BeNeLux it is possible to collect and pay the ordered goods at our physical store in The Netherlands. 

Shipping and insurance costs

Following the guidelines of DHL, shipment is executed in zones. We have based the shipping costs and different 'free above' rates on these zones. Lezynestore.com bears the risk of damage and/or loss of your package during shipping.

The Netherlands - € 4,95 incl. VAT. Free shipping from € 50,- up.
Belgium, Luxembourgh & Germany -  € 7,95 incl. VAT. Free shipping from € 100,- up.

Zone A - € 13,95 incl. VAT. Free shipping from € 250,- up.
Zone B - € 17,95 incl. VAT. Free shipping from € 250,- up.
Zone C - € 20,95 incl. VAT. Free shipping from € 250,- up.
Zone D - € 24,95 incl. VAT. Free shipping from € 250,- up.
Zone E - € 29,95 incl. VAT. Free shipping from € 500,- up.

Delivery

If you order your package before 4 p.m. on mondays till saturdays, your order will be shipped out on the same day. Please bear in mind that Lezynestore.com is based in the Netherlands, operating on Central European Time (UTC +1). The exact delivery date to your residence in Europe cannot be determined by us, but you will obviously receive the necessary track-and-trace info from us or DHL once available. If an ordered item in not available from stock, we will inform you within a few hours about the expected date we can ship out your order. If a product is no longer available, we will do our utmost best to provide a suitable alternative. Of course, you can always cancel your order free of charge if you wish.

Dispute

We kindly request to initially notify us, Lezynestore, in case of any disputes or complaints. Please reach out to us via info@lezynestore.com or find our other contactinfo in the tab contact. We will do our utmost best to find a suitable and satisfying solution. If we are unable to provide a proper solution, it is possible to sign up for dispute mediation via the Dutch intstitute Webwinkelkeur. Since February 15, 2016 it is also possible for EU consumers to log complaints via the ODR platform by the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. You are free to file your complaint using the EU platform, as long as the dispute is not actively handled elsewhere.

Service and warranty

Our assortment is built up very consciously and cosists solemnly of high quality brands. Please let us know, in case you do experience anything off with the Lezyne products. You can return the product (see our warrenty and return page). When it comes to Lezyne products, we have very high demands in quality and performance. We are very generous in resolving any problems. After the standard (and legal) two years of warranty, our services don't stop. We will always do the best we can to see how we can help you.
