You can attach the Caddy firmly to the saddle rails and seat post by means of Velcro. Made of strong woven nylon, with waterproof zippers and a reflective rear light making this Caddy suitable for all weather conditions. The large main compartment has neoprene pockets for organizing your cycling essentials. Size L fits a large multi-tool or a mobile phone in the lower sub-compartment.
